Is using strength cheating?
Sometimes I overhear people complain about someone using too much strength. True, it's very important to be technical, and we should all strive to have as much knowledge as possible, however strength is not a dirty word.
you don't hear people saying that someone uses too much speed, flexibility, fight IQ, or height advantage. why? because if you have it, you should use it. there's techniques that we all learn, and then there's personal advantages and strong points that you must discover and learn to use if you want to be a good fighter, physical strength is definitely one of them if you have it. how to deal with a physically stronger opponent? stop complaining about it, and find ways around it.
